The genius loci of Dunaj Palace is underlined by the unique view of the Prague skyline from the roof terrace, which was added as part of the building’s reconstruction. This 700 sqm shared terrace can be used by all of the building’s lessees. Thanks to the large green area on the Dunaj Palace terrace, the entire building contributes to the elimination of the harmful urban heat island that forms in the centre of Prague on hot summer days.
